Glamorgan History Walks & Talks – Walk Eight

Saturday 15th June 2024 – Meet at Coity Castle, Spencer Road, Bridgend CF35 6BA at 9:00am

The Glamorgan History Walks & Talks are all hosted by author and TV history expert Graham Loveluck-Edwards. He will be supported by a team of other experts in their field to help bring the stories behind the places we visit to life.
Throughout the weekends of May, June, and July this summer  Graham Loveluck-Edwards will be hosting 15 history walks in various places across Glamorgan.  All the information on the local walks is available on the link below. Things like how long the walk is in miles, the level of walker it is suited to, places visited, history topics discussed and so forth.

The general idea is a walk through some of our beautiful Welsh countryside, taking in sites of historic interest and the locations of some of our most wonderful legends. As they go round, they stop and bring their stories to life. Every walk ends at a lovely pub for some food and refreshments.

The full itinerary of walks is available to view at

Tickets are priced at £10 per walker per walk (which does not include food and drink at the pub).

Disclaimer:    Coity Higher Community Council is only advertising the walks as the one on 15th June is starting in the Coity ward.   The walks are not organised by Coity Higher CC and we are not involved in taking bookings, payments or any other aspect of the walks.   They are independently run.   We are posting this message for information only.
