Coity Higher Community Council run a 33 plot allotment garden site within the Coity ward. If you are a resident of one of our 3 wards – Coity, Litchard or Pendre and would like to be added to the waiting list for a plot then please complete the form shown here
For the year 2026/27 the annual rent for a full plot is £47.00 and it will increase to £48 for 2027/28.
